These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of offstage (the “App”), developed and operated by iykyk.tokyo Inc. (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using offstage, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Offstage.
  • If you are under 16 and in the EU/EEA, parental consent is required.
  • If you are under 13, you are not permitted to use Offstage.
  • We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• To access college-specific content, you must register with a valid .edu email address.

2. Privacy
